We assist Order management users in growing, opening new opportunities, and improving conditions and delivery reliability in foreign markets. To this end, we continuously expand the range of integrated delivery services in individual countries while also adding new countries and delivery services that enable quick entry into these new markets.

To the existing set of over 80 integrated delivery services, we have added a new country – Serbia – and the delivery service GLS Serbia, which expands business opportunities outside the EU. We have also expanded the range of integrated delivery services in Greece. In addition to the integrated delivery service ACS, we have added two new ones – Easy Mail Greece and Courier Center Greece.

As with all other integrated delivery services, orders are automatically sent to these delivery services directly from Order Management, and labels and tracking codes are received in return. Shipped packages are actively tracked in real-time, allowing for proactive notifications via SMS, Viber, or email messages regarding the delivery status of each package.

When shipping to foreign countries, you can also use the Address management module, which helps validate customer communication details as well as the correctness of the recorded address.
