We have revamped the Order Management module, completely redesigning it to further improve the user experience, enhance clarity, and simplify its use. At the same time, the basic process steps remain the same to ensure a smooth transition for existing users to this updated module.

We've incorporated many ideas and improvements shared by users over the past few years. A substantial set of enhancements, such as the option to create custom filters and exports, will be included in future module updates, and there will be many more updates in MetaKocka, as usual.

In addition to functional improvements, we have also optimized the module technically to make it even faster. One of the most noticeable changes for users will be the visual aspect—the module's appearance. We've modernized the design significantly, added more colors, and separated views based on the process (each status has its own tab), greatly improving the user experience and making it easier to see what's happening with orders and where issues may arise.

Each user of the new module will also receive a new feature for free—a tracking page. This means that customers will no longer be redirected to courier tracking pages but instead to a "custom" page where the statuses are displayed in a more user-friendly manner and in the style of the online store.

In the future, other modules such as Address Management, Returns, and Analytics will also be updated.
