When the shipped package is delivered by the delivery service, the order is automatically closed, while the customer receives a thank-you note and fiscalized (officially confirmed by the Tax Administration) e-invoice for purchase.

How does the integration with the delivery service work?

You import orders from your online store and send them to the delivery service with a single click. The system returns labels and tracking numbers, which are recorded in the online store and visible to the customer.

Can I send data for multiple orders at once?

Yes. OM allows batch sending of data for all selected orders. Labels and tracking numbers are generated for each shipment separately, and order statuses are updated simultaneously.

How do customers receive delivery notifications?

When the order is dispatched, OM automatically sends an email (and optionally SMS or Viber) with the tracking number and a link to the tracking page. Additional delivery status updates trigger further notifications.

Is shipment tracking automatic?

Yes. Based on the tracking number, OM periodically checks the delivery service and updates events (preparation, dispatch, delivery, failed delivery, etc.). This gives you a real-time overview of shipments.

How do I handle failed deliveries or incorrect addresses?

Use the shipment event overview to contact the customer and quickly update the address. The Address Editor module helps detect common errors (incomplete street, wrong postal code, missing phone number, etc.).
