How can connectivity simplify your business?

Tracking shipments and automatic notifications

After being sent to the delivery service, each shipped order receives the tracking number allowing you to precisely review the delivery status of shipped parcels from your warehouse to the customer's door in real-time and for each order. Precise overview simplifies communication with customers and enables quick intervention if the customer is not reachable or did not claim the parcel.

How does the integration with the delivery service work?

You import orders from your online store and send them to the delivery service with a single click. The system returns labels and tracking numbers, which are recorded in the online store and visible to the customer.

Can I send data for multiple orders at once?

Yes. OM allows batch sending of data for all selected orders. Labels and tracking numbers are generated for each shipment separately, and order statuses are updated simultaneously.

How do customers receive delivery notifications?

When the order is dispatched, OM automatically sends an email (and optionally SMS or Viber) with the tracking number and a link to the tracking page. Additional delivery status updates trigger further notifications.

Is shipment tracking automatic?

Yes. Based on the tracking number, OM periodically checks the delivery service and updates events (preparation, dispatch, delivery, failed delivery, etc.). This gives you a real-time overview of shipments.

How do I handle failed deliveries or incorrect addresses?

Use the shipment event overview to contact the customer and quickly update the address. The Address Editor module helps detect common errors (incomplete street, wrong postal code, missing phone number, etc.).

Do you support parcel lockers?

Yes. We support shipments to parcel locker locations. Customers can pick up their packages at these lockers. Automatic notifications can be sent when the parcel arrives or is waiting at the locker. Once the parcel is collected, the invoice is sent automatically.

Do you support cash on delivery (COD)?

Yes, orders can be prepaid or paid upon delivery. In the case of cash on delivery, the COD amount is displayed on the shipping label. It’s also possible to use a mixed payment method where the order is partially prepaid and partially paid upon delivery.

Can we ship from a fulfillment center?

Order Management enables fast and simple shipping from a fulfillment center. In combination with our Fulfillment platform, delivery partners can store, pack, and ship on your behalf. The result? Faster delivery and reduced costs.
